Samurai Park

This painting of the newly renovated Japanese Pavilion in Saumarez Park was created as an entry into the 'Imagine' art competition at Sula Gallery. The play on words is to represent the twist on the Lady of the Lake mythology using the Japanese theme of the Pavilion and showing a Samurai sword rising from the duck pond! The final painting measures 50cm x 66cm and was painted in acrylic on canvas board. (ORIGINAL FOR SALE)
